Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery time estimates are calculated during the checkout process. XUXè members enjoy free shipping on most items. Within our hub zones, most items are shipped and delivered next business day, and within 2-7 business days in all other locations.
Returns
To initiate a return, call our Customer Happiness Team to receive a Return Authorization before sending your items back to us. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization approval number. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery. Inspect your package immediately on receipt to ensure there are no defects.
Generally, Return Authorization will be granted under the following conditions:
- The items have not been used, modified or damaged. Every return item must be in the unopened original packaging or with the original manufacturers tag still attached.
- Returns will be approved if the problem is a manufacturers defect or if any defect occurred during shipping from us to you.
- Returns will also be approved if the wrong item was delivered to you.
XUXè members can return items to us at no additional cost. We will pick up return items from XUXè members in our Hub Zones. All other customers must use FedEx to ship their returns and are responsible for all return shipping cost.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within seven days of the refund approval. You can also choose to have your funds credited to your XUXè wallet if you are a XUXè member.
